Wait let me attend a call, it's very important.

That's my latest friend we had introduced ourselves in a job interview. He has everything more cgpa, more soft skill .  Passive talker answered ,"HR had called  me through phone that he has selected in the interview", with a pause he told," you were rejected".

I replied , what !!!! I was selected wow, can say it once again

You were rejected

Wow , you saying I am the topper in that interview , I cant believe this

Within a second I disconnected the call, turned to the questioner.

You ask me about what I am ashamed off. I am ashamed of the conversation with you, time it taken, my precises time was wasted by you. This many days my time was wasted because of the people like you and more over by your useless speech.

He can't open his mouth I made it to close with his mid finger.

When I thought why I need to reveal myself to other. So I made a story to back fire. I succeeded. Don't reveal anything to others or keep the site away from others.

While moving ahead, I saw my anuty. She stopped by name.
I can't  backfire or do other nonsense because she is my own anuty.

She asked different question , where you working ?
I was selected but waiting for the appointment order. Company name vortex,  Bangalore.

"Wow that great ", she said . what's up next marriage isn't it?

Anuty, philosophy changes with scene and act. Some will say life is that what we make it. ( namma amachukarathu tha valka) . this people are like yogi , they had nothing to loss and nothing to gain , they need nothing they want be nothing.

I am not this type, I need everything I want to be everything , as child, as teenager, as adult, as a man, as son , as husband , as son-in-law, as father, as uncle , as grand father.

She was struggle to speak other words, when you speak with an girl, you hidden something , now I hidden my job with a lie,  its for a reason,  for a goodness, so that she can't feel poor for me.
While we speak to girl we want a decent look from a girl, so we made the topic decent , speaking words polite, nice humour , and some more philosophy. It show some new face in you either it may be good or bad. If it decent it not gone be bad. 

Keep the way within you, control your way. That lead to next stage.

Ahead of arrears

Arrear are different when it comes to engineering field, its really unavoidable. We will make arrears when we lost the interest in our core. For example , your friends of other department got placed in core company with decent salary, unfortunately you struggle to attend a interview fear of it may be or may not be a call centres work.  Fear starts here.

My point is no one in IT field going to work for their life time. They work their till the bond expires. Don't fear of you by thinking never get good company's, you will get an company, if you never lose faith in you.

You have the potential to do. All company need an engineer but not a scientist. I referred the word scientist, it means person in progress to invent something, company need a engineer who corrects the wrong things, wrong process in a company . be an engineer.

Why lecture skips your paper, because he/she may lost the interest in correcting the paper. Get the revaluation paper you know that you had written useless answer to that question . it is useless for that question alone. there isn't problem with your understanding skill and writing skills and the lecture who correct.

Real problem with the notes you have for subject.

You can mug up things on your higher secondary but from college first year to fourth year you get the knowledge by seeing things , feeling things, talking things.  one more method, its the core part within you , you get knowledge by thinking . 

This thinking method will mature at the final year of our studies, you have to align the lines in topic , if you study irregularly it will make you depressed in exam. For example , take topic like microprocessor architecture , first you have know about power by which it can work , then internal memory, how transmission happen , where the input get stored , what the time gap to process a command , finally the out put.
This was the means to align a topic , but our notes not aligned, because our teacher lost the interested in teaching and they not aligning it.

Maximum people study as it, they cleared it but you had the one skill  more form them that imaging things. My staff always told me teach a topic with your friends , so you will improve your knowledge and memory power. But our friends are ready for teaching only one hour before the exam. And they don't hesitate to ask dough , this dough are good for friends who hear lecture not for teacher who teach one hour before. It not good for you,  please don't teacher any thing within 6 hours before the exam starts. My personnel opinion student can't be teacher while he was a student

We have to align each topic so that we will coordinate with our thinking capability. If this is in proper , you would be  regain the interest at any time in your life span.

The art of moving

The art of moving 

I am learning to how to drive a car. Non-living things has bonded with the person who manage them. It all about the way of understanding one another, and bond among them never changes without interfere of a mechanic. Man or women doesn’t want an interfere of third person of opposite sex to them. It feels like disgusting life.

                   Muruti 800 it my car, legally belong to my father. We bought the car in 2007, I had the chance to learn and  hold the driver seat in 2015. Yes it a big gap of various personal ego of mine. Let it goes by it.

          Dad asks me to have a glance on him how he drives. As Father was driving the car on smooth area in the road, he turns as the way tiers only to roll in good surface, I am excited of his passion to manage the cars as even though it never hurts. We all never find the smooth roads often in India but my dad never miss small smooth areas. He stops the car in a mud part, I am afraid of my father, will he drive the car in irregular surface even in dream, I look around the place through my window it a playground of circular shape, its circumference is muddy and irregular and its inner surface was grassy one. It’s was 4.30pm a twilight atmosphere no heat and no man there as any time rain can start.

                   Dad faced to me commanded “ why waiting for someone to say do something, it was your time to hold my seat”.

          I am feeling happen to make the driver seat mine. It likes a captain driving without an honor cap.

I prayed to god. Don’t want a rash drive on a first day.

Everything starts with burning the fire. Using the car key, I trigger the throttle, it made the engine to ignite. Muruti engine noise said me I am ready for the ride. Simultaneously my left leg presses the clutch, left hand logged the first gear and then again using the left hand dropped the hand brake.

Slowly I am releasing the clutch, at one point(in half clutch) car was moving.

Car jerks, dad commanded, “ now rise the accelerator”, he focus on the road and one eye on my actions. It was difficult to control the steering, somewhat I managed. “ son, you are on a trial, make sure you are slow and steady.

Yes, dad I can be slow but, how I could know that am  i steady.

“If the engine gets off, you are not steady”, he focus the road asked me too.

It the left turning to make the car to slow I applied the brake, engine turned off. Be steady I said in my mind.

Dad said the same.

I repeated the same process to move the car, except the work of hand brake, next changed the gear to second, car was moving like a crawling baby.

Another left turn, to slow down the car I pressed the brake, engine gets off.

Dad angrily shouted, “ be steady”, and now he focused on my leg instead of his regular focus on road. His angry was raised by seen my legs.

          Son what are you doing, don’t you know the basic procedure of legs while driving a car. What you glance at my driving these many years.

          Dad clams down, yes it my mistake, I need to teach you the basic. I thought of the engineering classes of mine college day, it all start with basic not with answers but with basic questions surprisingly every time question till last.

Dad continued, “ your mistake was using the left leg for stopping the car. Left leg must and need to be used only for pressing the clutch. If you not using the clutch then keep left leg free. And your right leg must be used for managing the brake and accelerator. As we don’t use the accelerator and brake at a time.

Now, move on

Wait one more thing when applying the brake, you have to press the clutch to avoid the engine off condition. Then you would be steady.

          Even though climate was cool, my body was sweating everywhere. Dad had seen my sweating over my face. He advised, “ son we all learn through mistake”.

          I moved on, at last I logged to four gear, top one in my car.

Third left turns, slowed down the car using left leg on clutch,  right leg on the brake, car getting slow, but it were undergoing some jerks. Car turned off.

 Dad starts, “ other basic, while slowing the car you need to be in third gear or second gear by full clutch, so the car would be steady”.

Again I started the car, moved onto the four turn, yes circle had four turns, it also left turn, I turned it perfectly with my knowledge what I learned now, the car was steady.

Dad surprised, “ that was  the good turn son, but be slow, it’s a trial you are learning now, if you increasing the speed you can’t get the control of the car, after getting the control you can do so. I have gone through 10 more rounds, I never make the mistake, bravo ho…

Dad came to the drive seat, now he driven the car to the main road, he selected Dharapuram road. As it was smooth and less traffic.

We changed the sear now, I am on driving seat.

I dried the car for 30 minutes, now the dad get out of the car, he instructed me to take the reverse, front and sudden brake, I did it in my own and alone.

I realized that I am not good in reverse, so I tried for the reverse, while moving 50 feet away from the dad, dad shouted,” wait”, he run toward me. Dad runs on rare occasions, I looked around, did I hit some things or any street dog or hens. No I didn’t.

          Dad came to the car front part, asked me to release the front part. I opened it. I stayed in the car he asked to come out. While opening the door, car moves backward, I forget to put the hand brake. I pulled the hand brake spontaneously car stops.

Dad said it's another basic while leaving the car use hand brake, it avoid the unwanted movement.

I moved onto the front part of the car, coolant water was overflowing, dad don’t know it why its was overflowing. He made the call to our regular mechanic.

I know the error, it because of malfunction of coolant fan, which was not running.

I said about the condition of the coolant fan and it non function problem. Mechanic explained the thing to my dad and asked dad to drive the car to the workshop.

All the process was done in the workshop. My driving session was, postpone to another day.

ANOTHER DAY:

Now, my teacher was my brother, he Was younger to me, but he had the license and dad given the permission to tech me.  As I was well driven and practiced in street road and ground, so we moved onto the main road. I was driving usually in road, he teach to use the right indicator for over taking the other vehicle.

 I failed to overtake a bus because I don’t had enough torque.

Brother teaches me that, “we need to be in third gear while following the vehicle, put the right indicator then increase the accelerator and take the over take by seen the rear mirror as some other vehicle has the same idea. While our car and other vehicle maintain in the parallel condition, now change the gear to top, rise the accelerator, so you can get the torque to ahead of the vehicle.

I tried it and succeeded only in two wheeler attempt. As it was my learning time, I over taken the tractor, not succeed when it comes to bus.i need a practice to use the speed and torque.

          I drive over 24km, I find only tractor to over take.

Driving lesson is over

Now, I am on my own, every morning I taken the car for round for practicing it.

One day I crashed the left side window while parking the car inside the car shield.Let me try to say what I understand in driven a car. It has three steps.

STAGE-1 controlling and managing

STAGE-2 managing and controlling

STAGE-3 moving

At first driving the car, we don’t know the position of the steering, so that we control the car to move in the right path.

At second while driving somewhat we managed , then we do manage the car so by moving we control it path, we have the courage that wherever car can move I can control that the gust we get.

At third, we had enough practice, more gust to drive, and we get the soul attachment between the car and you. If car move we move, if we stops car stop, we could know and will be known that what the car can do and we don’t. Love between the car and us increase it become mutual bond. Now we are not driving or controlling or managing. We are just moving. That’s want we learn art of moving.
